Fees and Costs

Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. We keep detailed records of the time we spend on each case. We count in six minute increments.  We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time.  We do not charge for regular photocopies or regular mail. 

Guardianship and probate fees are often awarded from the estate.  Many guardianship matters are covered through DSHS Medicaid long-term care benefits, and we will let you know if this is an option for your matter.

Our consultation fee is $125, and we accept credit cards.
