Attorney Rachel Anne Brooks
Rachel has represented petitioners in thousands of guardianship and vulnerable adult cases. She also represents guardians, including professional guardians, trustees, and other fiduciaries. Rachel is the co-founder and current secretary of the Clark County Bar Association Guardianship and Elder Law Section. She was a board member and secretary of Southwest Washington Elder Abuse Prevention Coalition ("SWEAP") and represented SWEAP on the Elder Justice Center Board. Rachel serves on the board of the Clark County Law Library.

Accountant Cynthia Bradley
Cynthia has lived in the Pasadena, CA area since she was a child, with six recent years in Vancouver, WA. She received a BA in Latin from the University of the South. She has been an independent accountant for non-profits, law firms and consultants since 2001. She served as VP of Finance for the Junior League of Portland for two years as well as on numerous fund-raising committees for a variety of non-profits.
Cynthia prepares accountings and reports for guardians and trustees.
