Many years ago, when I was a law student in Portland, I worked as an administrative assistant at the OHSU Aging and Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center. It was there I first learned of the OHSU brain donation program.

This donation program has expanded to allow research into not only Alzheimer’s disease, but also many other brain diseases, including Parkinson’s Disease and ALS.

The National Institutes of Health call brain donation “critically important, now more than ever.”
